Service Fee

We only charge 10% of the amount receivable plus VAT, subject to a minimum fee of €30.

We have a NO Refund – NO FEE policy. GE Souza TAX offers the best refund service available in Ireland.

Clients registered from 01/01/2025

Funds transfer directly to your bank account. You must remit 10% of the amount received plus VAT to us within 7 business days of receiving the funds.

Additional administrative fees

• €15 administrative charge to reissue an uncashed check (after 6 months).
• €15 annual fee for unclaimed refunds after December 31st.

GE Souza TAX is not responsible for tax refunds when clients provide false information, have already received a refund, owe underpayments, or the tax authorities determine ineligibility. Late payment may result in referral to a collection agency with possible interest and penalties.
